The Children’s Trust Fund initiative works to increase access to innovative services that strengthen families and prevent child abuse.

The Children’s Trust Fund receives most of its revenue from the sale of its license plates ($42 for autos, $22 for motorcycles).

Apply for a Seat on The Children’s Trust Fund Board of Directors

The New Mexico Children’s Trust Fund (CTF) is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on their board. Interested applicants can learn more about CTF by going to their website. Applications are submitted to and reviewed by the Governor’s office. To apply for this open CTF board position, apply here. Applicants will need to indicate that they are interested in the CTF board in their application.

CTF was created in 1985 by the New Mexico Legislature, with the support of Governors Toney Anaya and Bruce King. CTF, through its multi-year grants, provides the means to develop, implement, and sustain innovative, community-based programs to prevent child abuse and neglect. Since 2014, CTF has granted more than $2 million to organizations and agencies statewide.
