NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Protective Services Division (PSD) of the Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) will hold a public hearing in Santa Fe on Friday, March 27th, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the PERA Building, 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM Room #227, to take comments regarding the proposed changes to 8.26.4 NMAC—Licensing Requirements for Foster and Adoptive Homes.

Joint Application with Children, Youth and Families Department and Public Education Department for New and Expanding Pre-Kindergarten Programs
The purpose of the Request for Application (RFA) for New Mexico PreK Program is to 1) increase statewide access to voluntary high-quality early childhood education programs based on the comprehensive framework as described in the New Mexico PreK Program Standards;  https://www.newmexicoprek.org/ and https://webnew.ped.state.nm.us/bureaus/early-childhood-bureau/
